Role
You will take raw footage and turn it into engaging long form videos that teach and inspire. You will work closely with our creative and strategy teams to shape stories, improve quality, and grow the channel.

Responsibilities
• Edit and deliver several long form YouTube videos each week
• Work with the team on outlines and packaging before editing starts
• Research trends and competitor channels to improve results
• Keep files and assets organized
• Share resources such as templates and graphics with other editors
• Spot challenges early and offer solutions
• Give feedback on raw footage to improve filming quality
• Work with short form editors to cut promos from long form content
• Review performance data to improve retention and engagement
• Give helpful feedback to other editors when needed
• Help monitor comments and manage community quality

Requirements
• Four or more years of editing experience
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Final Cut or Resolve is helpful
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or willingness to learn
• A portfolio that shows your best work
• Strong organization and clear communication skills
• Ability to work quickly while keeping quality high
• Willingness to try new tools and editing approaches
