Role
You make sure projects start, move, and finish. You connect creators, editors, designers, and operators. You set timelines, track progress, clear problems, and make sure the work ships.

Responsibilities

Team and Projects
• Run projects from start to finish
• Keep the team aligned and on schedule
• Set simple processes for tasks and communication
• Track progress and share updates with leadership
• Set clear expectations for the team

Planning and Operations
• Turn goals into clear project plans
• Keep simple workflows for content, products, and services
• Spot problems early and fix them
• Work with marketing and partners when needed
• Test new tools that save time

Delivery
• Keep a steady pipeline of approved projects
• Write and update checklists and how to guides
• Review work for quality, timing, and fit to brand
• Collect feedback and improve the next round

Results
• Projects delivered on time and at a high standard
• Clear and timely communication across the team
• Less wasted time and more output
• Better results in content and launches
• Simple reports that show progress and blockers

Requirements
• Strong organization and clear communication
• Comfortable using ClickUp and Notion
• Able to handle many projects at once
• Comfortable tracking basic numbers and sharing what they mean
• Two or more years in project management or operations is a plus, especially in media or education
• Familiar with YouTube and social content is a plus

Communication
• We use Slack
• Be clear and fast, add context when useful
• Weekly check ins with leadership and the team
• Regular updates on progress and issues

Location and Hours
Remote with flexible hours. Be available for key meetings and deadlines.
